Bring me the head of Oliver Plunkett

Eddie is back, with his albino friend Mo, and this time they team up with two Dublin orphans to try and track down the stolen head of Oliver Plunkett.

I`ve been fascinated by Oliver Plunkett`s head for years. If you don`t know, it`s the `miraculously` preserved head of a real Irish saint, which you can go visit in Drogheda cathedral.

This is another story which I wrote years ago as a screenplay, and although it featured children, it wasn`t exclusively aimed at them. However, very few scripts ever make it as far as the screen.

When I finished Reservoir Pups I was casting around for ideas for the sequel and discovered this old screenplay. I threw most of it out, but the basic idea was the same and I actually discovered what had been wrong with it in the first place - it needed to be about kids, not adults.
